Petillant Naturel, or PET NAT for short

It is a natural champagne made by the ancient method of fermenting the must directly in the bottle, without adding
any additives. A large amount of scum formed as a byproduct during fermentation is evenly mixed with the drink
and enriches the drink with a special texture and extremely complex fruitiness.
Due to the high pressure prevailing in the bottle of pet nat, most of the drinks can only be broken well without any
particular loss using archaic methods (nail and hammer) and experienced server skills, but no method
has so far ensured the uniform mixing of the broom.
